Terms of use

The simple rules for using SMM Manager and its online demo.

Updated: 23 October 2026

A licence for your business, with no limit on clients.
Your data belongs to you and stays on your computer.
Remember to make regular backups.

1The software

SMM Manager is software for Mac and Windows made for social media managers: clients, sheets, content calendar, approvals, reports and packages. It installs on your computer and works without a connection. By installing or using it, you accept these terms.

2Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to install and use SMM Manager for your business. The software remains our property.

  • You can use it for as many clients as you like.
  • You may not resell, rent, redistribute or publish it.
  • You may not modify or decompile it or remove its notices, unless the law allows it.

3Price and purchase

SMM Manager is paid software. The price and the terms of purchase will be announced at launch and shown clearly before any payment.

4The online demo

The demo is only for discovering the software. Its data is fictional and nothing is saved. Printing, export and copying are turned off.

5Your data and your backups

Your data stays on your computer and belongs to you. You are responsible for backing it up: use Settings → Backup regularly and keep the file somewhere safe (external drive, USB stick). We have no access to your data and cannot recover it for you.

6Your use

  • You remain responsible for the content you create, your clients’ information and what you publish on social networks.
  • You follow the rules of the platforms you use and the law that applies to your business, in particular on personal data.

7Trademarks

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Google and WhatsApp are trademarks of their owners. SMM Manager is not linked to any of these services and is not endorsed or supported by them.

8Updates

New versions may be offered to fix errors or add features. The software does not update itself: you choose when to install a new version. Make a backup first.

9Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. We do our best for it to work well, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or suited to every particular use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of income or any indirect damage linked to the use of the software.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of disagreement, we will first look for an amicable solution. The French version of these terms is the reference.

11Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.

PrivacyWhat the software stores, and what it never sends.
