    Download SMM Manager

    The .dmg for your Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel), or the .exe for Windows.

    Install it

    Mac: drag it to Applications. Windows: run the installer.

    Open SMM Manager

    Pick the language, then add your first client.

The first time, if macOS refuses to open it: right-click SMM Manager → Open → Open (on macOS 15 and later: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway).

On Windows, if “Windows protected your PC” appears: More info → Run anyway.

Frequently asked questions

When does SMM Manager come out, and how much is it?+

The launch is coming soon, on Mac and Windows. SMM Manager will be paid software: the price will be announced at launch, on this page.

Do I need an Internet connection?+

Only to download it. After that, SMM Manager runs entirely on your computer, even offline. Only the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, with the message you prepared.

Where is my data?+

In a folder on your computer, which the Open Data Folder menu opens: ~/Library/Application Support/SMM Manager/data on Mac, %APPDATA%\SMM Manager\data on Windows. Nothing is sent to a server, and there is no account to create.

How do I move to a new computer without losing anything?+

In Settings → Backup, download a backup: one file with all your clients, sheets, posts, reports and packages. On the new computer, install SMM Manager and restore that file. It also works from a Mac to a Windows PC, and back.

What language is the app in?+

English or French, as you like: you pick the language the first time you open it and can change it at any time in Settings. Printed sheets come out in the chosen language.

Which version do I need for my Mac?+

Apple menu → About This Mac. If you see “Chip Apple M1, M2, M3…”, take SMM-Manager-AppleSilicon.dmg; if you see “Processor Intel”, take SMM-Manager-Intel.dmg.

What about Windows?+

Download SMM-Manager-Setup.exe (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) and run it: it installs SMM Manager with a shortcut on the Desktop. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway.

Do I need to install anything else?+

No. It is a real app: on Mac, drag it to the Applications folder; on Windows, run the installer. It holds everything it needs and opens in its own window, without a browser.

macOS won’t open the app. What do I do?+

The first time, right-click SMM Manager → Open → Open. On macOS 15 or later: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
