1The principle
SMM Manager runs entirely on your computer. It creates no account, asks for no sign-in and sends no data over the Internet. We have no server that receives your information, so we can neither read it, use it nor lose it.
2What the software stores
Everything you enter stays in a folder on your computer:
- your clients and their contact details;
- the sheets (brief, onboarding, access, pillars, competitors, voice, campaigns, KPIs, meetings…);
- the content calendar, the approvals and your clients’ comments;
- the monthly reports, the caption bank, the packages and the settings.
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/SMM Manager/data. On Windows: %APPDATA%\SMM Manager\data. The “Open Data Folder” menu opens this folder.
3What the software does not send
- No usage statistics, no error reports, no trackers.
- The software can only be reached from your own computer: it does not listen on the network.
- The backup files and PDFs you create stay where you save them.
4WhatsApp and outside links
The “Open WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with the message you prepared: you choose whether to send it. Links to outside sites open in your browser. These services apply their own privacy rules.
5Your clients’ data
Your clients’ information is your responsibility. In Morocco, law 09-08 on the protection of personal data applies to how you handle it; ask the CNDP about your obligations. Also protect your computer (password, encrypted backups) and keep only what is useful.
6The online demo
The demo runs in your browser with fictional data. What you enter stays in the page’s memory: nothing is sent, nothing is saved, and everything is cleared when you reload or close the page.
7This site
This site uses no cookies, no advertising and no audience measurement, and has no forms. The fonts are served by the site itself, with no call to a third-party service.
Like any website, the host may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and for the service to work properly.
8Your rights
Since neither the software nor this site collects personal data, there is nothing to view, correct or delete on our side. Your data is on your computer: you keep, copy or delete it freely.
9Changes
This page may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.
